Everything shifted when I stopped trying to fit into someone else’s formula and leaned into what I knew best—executive function. For over 20 years, I’ve worked as an educator and specialist, helping students, teachers, and parents build systems, track progress, and develop the habits that move them forward. When I finally applied those same strategies to my own goals, it was a total game-changer.
I also learned a lot about systems outside the classroom. Caring for my mom gave me an even deeper appreciation for how executive function skills—like planning, memory, and routines—make life feel manageable instead of overwhelming.
Now, as a coach, I combine that expertise with a whole lot of encouragement. I help women who’ve already invested in courses or coaching (but still feel stuck) finally move from “I know what to do” to “I’m actually doing it.”
Together, we’ll create a plan that’s realistic, customized, and sustainable—built around your strengths, not someone else’s checklist. And I’ll be there every step of the way: keeping you accountable, celebrating your wins, and helping you finally follow through on the goals that matter most.
At the end of the day, this isn’t about me—it’s about you. I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, to walk alongside you as you build a system that works for your life, and to help you finally see your dreams take shape. My role isn’t to hand you another script—it’s to help you grow into the version of yourself that’s already capable of reaching those big goals. Together, we’ll make it happen.
